Experience: 2-4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Successfully review job description to understand the need of company as well ask question that help identifying right candidates.

  • Understanding technical roles, skills and technology.

  • Sourcing and uncovering candidates, through job portals, networking sites and LinkedIn.

  • Ascertaining the competence of candidates against the technical job description through screening.

  • Assist in On boarding new joiners and documentation.

  • To handle end to end recruitment process.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Candidates must have IT recruitment experience.

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelors degree is required.
