Responsibilities
Conduct thorough testing of software applications, websites, or other products to identify
defects, bugs, or issues.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results meticulously to ensure clear communication
with development teams.
The report identified issues accurately in our bug tracking system and work closely with
developers to resolve them.
Perform regression testing to verify that previously fixed defects have not reappeared in
subsequent releases.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers,
and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing procedures and
methodologies.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing
priorities and project requirements as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to quality
assurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Prior experience or internship in quality assurance/testing is a plus, but not required.
