Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of Odoo ERP projects from initiation to
completion.
Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project
deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and timely communication
between stakeholders, development teams, and management.
Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work
environment.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
constraints.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective
solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change
requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP platform, including modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory,
Accounting, and Manufacturing.
Proven 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with Odoo.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
