Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

 Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, goals, and
deliverables.

 Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that all tasks are completed according
to schedule and within budget.

 Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to
ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

 Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to
address them and keep projects on track.

 Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status
reports, and meeting minutes.

 Support project managers in day-to-day project management tasks, including scheduling
meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related materials.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that
deliverables meet quality standards.

 Assist in evaluating project performance and identifying opportunities for process
improvement or optimization.

 Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies, ensuring that projects are
executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.

 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
diverse teams and stakeholders.

 Detail-oriented and analytical, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to
addressing challenges.

 Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or
Trello.

 Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute effectively in a
team environment.

 Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
